What does Ekakshar Consultants stand for? What is your USP?

We are a group of people who are enthusiastic about creating change. For our clients, it means that our solutions should help them grow and scale their businesses.

We looked at SMEs and startups all over India and realised that most of them need help in one of two things. Either they do not recognise the power of the digital collective in India, or they lack the necessary know how to create relatable brands.

You could say we are primarily in the business of making others grow to the best of their potential. It’s not easy, but it’s very fulfilling to talk to a satisfied client.

What is the approach to marketing in Ekakshar Consultants? How do you differentiate yourselves from others in the same space?

Ekakshar is - first and foremost - a client centric company. We realised early on that we needed to be customer obsessed and over deliver. Believe me, it helps!

An addition to that, our solutions, be it branding, market research or social media, take into account the ethos of the brand and our clients’ preferences. We strive to create a unified brand experience for our clients across all relevant touchpoints. Our solutions aim to do two things. Firstly, attract prospective customers organically and secondly, building sustainable brands for our clients.

In a nutshell, we focus on creating long term value. And our clients love it!

How do you incorporate client feedback into your solutions?

Very pertinent question, and one that we have from the onset, tried to include in our workflows.

Client feedback is a cornerstone in our delivery process. We encourage our clients to give their wholehearted criticism on our work so that we can tighten up our quality controls. It also helps that feedback makes us look at our solutions from other perspectives.

Thank god for clients that can give constructive feedback!

What are thoughts about Ekakshar as a brand, now and in the future?

Ekakshar consultants works in a niche space and caters to both national and international clients. By god’s grace, the word of mouth so far has been positive, and we hope to keep it that way.

As a brand, Ekakshar can only grow if we help our clients grow as well. Long lasting relationships and value addition all around is the name of the game. We are looking towards inclusive and mutually beneficial partnerships, and that is what we want to be known for.

What is your secret sauce? Any advice to budding Marketers?

There is honestly no secret sauce to good work! Though, there are a couple of things that should make our lives as marketers easier.

Firstly, work both smart and hard. Secondly, keep your partners and clients happy.

To do this, embrace change and try to over deliver when you can. There is no approach that fits all. And finally, Start, Simplify, Scale and Succeed!
